Since 2004 Drenaj Yalitim has been installing foundation drainage, waterproofing and ground protection systems from its base in Sakarya. Working across the Marmara and Black Sea line, where the water table is high and earthquake risk is real, taught us one thing: waterproofing is not a materials job, it is a diagnostic one. We have seen on site, many times over, why the approach of applying the same product to every building collapses within a few years.
That is why every project starts by reading the geotechnical survey, the water table level and how the structure carries its load. Every system we install, drainage board, filter geotextile, membrane, polyurea or injection, is chosen from that building's own data. Across more than 500 completed projects we have held to ISO 9001 and TS EN 13967, and we warrant workmanship and materials together, in writing. Our aim is not to be called back a second time; it is to solve it permanently the first time.
